What I like best about my work at Cible is the diversity of the team. It is what contributes to its strength and richness. It is this diversity that pulls us continually forward, towards achievement and success.
"He who differs from me, far from harming me, enriches me."
– Saint-Exupery
What I enjoy most about working at Cible is the ability to bring brightness to the darkness that can sometimes surround the job search. It's a privilege to be able to help others achieve their goals through self confidence and self discovery.
“If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude.”
– Maya Angelou
The hallmark of my career has been building human connections and helping others. At Cible, I have the opportunity to guide participants with care, equipping them with the tools and support they need to succeed in their job search.
Each encounter is an opportunity to listen, understand, and inspire. I believe that everyone holds unique potential, and that true guidance lies in helping it shine.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
– African proverb
Specialising in marginalised communities, such as queer folks and/or neurodivergent adults, I strive to provide a safe space where participants can find confidence in their unique skills. Using an intersectional approach, I use my active listening to empathise with everyone who sits in my office.
''To every problem, there are many solutions.''
Career counseling consulting is an opportunity to review our conceptions about oneself or about our limits and potentials, real or imagined, and make a choice that both resembles and mobilizes us. My role as a career counselor is to accompany you diligently in this self-realization process. I question, I propose, I inform, I listen carefully and without judgment. It is through this personal and professional exchange that a synergy can develop between your aspirations, your vocational projects, and the realities of the labor market.
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”
- Lao Tzu
